Who we are
Based in Conroe, working all around the lake
76 Fence of Conroe works out of an office at 1135 Grand Central Pkwy, inside the Grand Central Park community near I-45 and Loop 336. From there it is a short drive to the new subdivisions off SH 242, the older wooded streets south of town, and the shoreline communities on the east side of Lake Conroe through Willis.
We build new fences and gates, replace tired builder fences, and fix what storms and age have knocked loose. Some customers want a cedar privacy fence on a 50-foot lot. Others need a perimeter line around a few wooded acres, or an open metal fence that keeps the view of the water. Most of our work is in Montgomery County, and we also travel north to Huntsville and east toward Cleveland and Lake Livingston.
The team is small on purpose. The person who walks your property and writes the quote stays involved through the build, and that same person is the one who answers when you call later.

Bryan Hayes
Owner
Bryan led technology teams and large projects at major corporations for more than two decades before he came to 76 Fence. His job now is keeping the company running well for customers: hiring and supporting the crew, setting how jobs get done, and making sure the communities we work in get the attention they deserve.
Byron Dean
General Manager
Byron has spent over 30 years in sales and leadership roles built around customers. On most projects he is the one who comes out to the property. He walks the fence line with you, measures it, and asks the questions that shape the quote, all before any material gets ordered.
How we work
What every job gets from us
The details change from lot to lot. These habits stay the same.
- We check the rules first. City limits, county, HOA, or SJRA shoreline: we find out which apply to your address before you choose a fence.
- The quote is in writing. It lists footage, height, material, post type, gates, and tear-out line by line.
- We call 811 before we dig. Utility locates are requested ahead of every install, without exception.
- Posts go in for the ground you have. Clay, sand, roots, and low wet spots each change how we set posts.
- We clean up. Old fencing, cut-offs, and spoil from the post holes leave with the crew.
- We do a walkthrough at the end. We swing every gate with you and fix anything that is off before we call the job done.
