For businesses
A fence that does a job
A business fence usually has one main task: keep equipment from walking off, hide the service area, mark the property line, or steer traffic to one entrance. We start by asking which of those matters most, because it decides the height, the material, and how the gates work.
We build for owners, property managers, and general contractors. A contractor’s yard might need tall chain link with a rolling gate wide enough for a trailer. A restaurant might need a screened enclosure behind the kitchen. A new building might need its final fence installed in the last weeks before opening.
You get a written quote that your team can review line by line, and a schedule we stick to.
Conroe sites
What we plan for on Conroe commercial jobs
Conroe is the Montgomery County seat and a growing city. Its business corridors each bring their own kind of site.
Highway frontage
Along I-45 and Loop 336, a fence is in full view of passing traffic. We pay attention to straight lines, matched post heights, and finishes that look clean from the road, especially near retail such as the 336 Marketplace area by Grand Central Park.
Yards and shops off SH 105 and FM 1314
Equipment yards, storage lots, and service shops need a secure perimeter and gates that trucks can use every day without the posts taking a beating.
Wind, rain, and rust
Gulf storms push hard on tall fences, and the humidity here works on any steel that isn’t coated well. We size footings for the height and exposure of each run and use galvanized or powder-coated materials.
City, county, or neither
One parcel may be inside Conroe city limits and the next one in the county. We check which permit rules and any property-owner requirements apply before the quote goes out.

Questions
Commercial fencing questions
Does a commercial fence in Conroe need a permit?
A business fence is more likely than a home fence to need a permit. Sites inside Conroe city limits go through the city’s Building Inspections and Permits department, while sites in unincorporated Montgomery County or another city have different rules. We look up the rules for your parcel before the quote goes out.
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. We plan the build so customers can still get in, deliveries can still reach the dock, and the property is closed back up at the end of each day.
Do you install automatic gates?
We build swing and cantilever slide gates sized for trucks and trailers, and we can set them up for an operator, with entry by keypad, card reader, remote, or call box. See our gates page for options.
Do you fence construction sites?
Yes. We work with builders and general contractors on perimeter fencing for active sites, plus the permanent fencing and enclosures that go in once the building is done.
