Our 18-month workmanship warranty

Each fence installation completed by 76 Fence of Conroe comes with an 18-month limited workmanship warranty. Coverage starts on the date we complete your project.

What the warranty covers

It covers our workmanship and nothing else. If, during those 18 months, a problem shows up that traces directly back to a mistake our crew made during installation, we will repair or correct that part of the fence. You will not pay for that work.

What it does not cover

The following, along with other causes, fall outside the warranty:

• Acts of God and other natural events, including hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and lightning strikes
• Weather: strong winds, heavy rain, extreme heat or cold, and storm damage of any kind
• Materials aging or wearing naturally over time
• Misuse, neglect, or skipped maintenance by the owner, and repairs or changes made by anyone other than our crew
• Ground movement: soil shifting, heaving, settling, or erosion
• Damage from outside forces, such as a vehicle or equipment hitting the fence, or a tree or limb falling on it
• Tree roots and plants growing into or over the fence

Manufacturer warranties on materials

Lumber, metal panels, hardware, composite boards, and other materials may come with their own warranties from the companies that make them. Those warranties are separate from ours, and the terms vary by manufacturer and product.

Call or text (713) 331-9419. Tell us briefly what you are seeing and send clear photos of the problem area. We will set up a time to inspect the fence, figure out the cause, and let you know whether the warranty covers it.
