Near Dayton, not Cleveland

Encino Estates is in Liberty County off FM 1008, just outside Kenefick and north of Dayton. Mail goes to Dayton 77535, and kids attend Dayton ISD. It’s roughly 15 to 20 miles from Cleveland, which is why we group it with our Cleveland-area communities.

The subdivision sits on a 1,400-acre tract. Section 1 had 395 lots, and Section 2 added 290 more, for about 685 in all. Homesites are about two-thirds of an acre and wooded. Homes are brick-and-stick, built by McKinley Homes, Kendall Homes, and others, and owners can bring their own plans if they meet the requirements.

Plan first

Before you fence in Encino Estates

  • HOA review. We confirm the current guidelines and prepare the submittal.
  • Trees on the line. We plan the fence around trees you want to keep.
  • New construction. Let the builder finish grading and utilities before we set posts.
  • Drainage. We keep the fence bottom clear of swales between lots.
  • Texas 811. Locates come before every post hole.

HOA and county requirements can change. We confirm the current rules for your lot before we quote.

Questions

Encino Estates fence questions

Do you serve Encino Estates?

Yes. Encino Estates is near Dayton, roughly 15 to 20 miles from Cleveland, and Cleveland is about 30 miles east of our office at 1135 Grand Central Pkwy in Conroe. It’s one of our longer trips, so call or text (713) 331-9419 and we’ll set a date.

Is Encino Estates in Cleveland?

No. It’s off FM 1008 near Kenefick, north of Dayton, with a Dayton 77535 mailing address and Dayton ISD schools. We list it with our Cleveland-area communities because that’s the closest of our service hubs.

Will the HOA need to review my fence?

Encino Estates has an HOA. We haven’t seen its fence rules, so we confirm the current requirements and prepare the layout before we quote.

How much of a two-thirds-acre lot should I fence?

Most owners fence the backyard for privacy and pets and leave the front open. Some fence the full lot with a wire or chain link perimeter and use wood only where they want screening. We can price both.

Can you work around the trees?

Yes. Homesites here are wooded, so we lay out the line to save the trees you want and space posts around large roots.
