How it works
76 Fence of Conroe works with Hearth, a financing company, for customers who prefer to pay over time. Hearth has plans for applicants with a credit score of 550 or higher. Applicants who qualify with a score of 680 or above may be offered 0% financing.
We do not set the rate, the term, or the monthly payment. Hearth sets them based on your application and the offers it has available when you apply. If you are interested, mention it when you book your estimate. Once the quote is ready, we will help you get the application started.
