New homes, small yards, real budgets
Cielo is one of the newer communities on Conroe's northeast side. The Signorelli Company broke ground on its first 370-plus lots in 2023 and opened home sales in April 2024, on 256 acres where Airport Road meets FM 1484, close to the Conroe-North Houston Regional Airport. About 850 homes are planned, built at launch by CastleRock Communities, Rausch Coleman Homes, and Brightland Homes.
It's priced at the entry level, and the lots are compact: 40, 45, and 50 feet wide. Listings show homes sold with the back yard already fenced, so the work we do here is usually about getting more out of a small yard. That can mean a wider gate for a mower or trailer, a fence line that finally keeps the dog in, or a stain coat that protects new boards.
Cielo also has more open space than its size suggests. There are more than 45 acres of green space and lakes, including a 5.5-acre amenity lake, plus a dog park and walking paths, and Bartlett Elementary sits inside the community.
Plan ahead
Before you fence in Cielo
- HOA first. Listings show Inframark manages the Cielo HOA. We haven't seen published fence rules, so we pull the current guidelines and submit your plan before we start.
- Check the lot edges. Lake-adjacent and green-space lots can be treated differently from lots that back to another yard. We look at the plat and what your rear line faces.
- Mind the side yard. On a 40-foot lot, the space between houses is tight. Gate placement and swing direction need planning so they clear AC units and downspouts.
- City limits. A 77303 address doesn't settle it. We check whether the lot is within the City of Conroe, which would add the city's permit step.
- Texas 811. We request utility locates before every job, which matters in a new community with freshly buried lines.
HOA and city rules can change over time, so every Cielo quote starts with a fresh check of what applies to that address.

Cielo fence questions
Do you serve Cielo?
Yes. Our office is at 1135 Grand Central Pkwy in Conroe, and we schedule estimates in Cielo off FM 1484. Call (713) 331-9419 or book online.
My Cielo home came fenced. Why would I change it?
Common reasons are to add a gate, extend the fence to the side yard, fix gaps where a dog gets out, or stain and seal the boards before they gray. We’ll tell you if a repair or add-on makes more sense than a new fence.
Do I need approval to change my fence in Cielo?
Plan on it. Exterior changes in master-planned communities like Cielo generally go through the HOA, which listings show is managed by Inframark. We look up what applies to your lot and handle the submittal.
What does a fence cost on a 40- to 50-foot lot?
It depends on the material, height, and how many gates you need. Our pricing guide explains the main cost factors, and we give a free written, itemized quote after we measure. Financing through Hearth is also available.
Do you build fences for lake lots in Cielo?
Yes. For lots near the 5.5-acre amenity lake, we usually start with open ornamental fencing and check what the HOA allows along that edge.
