Enclosures
Hide the bins, keep the lot clean
An enclosure keeps trash and recycling containers out of sight of customers and neighbors. It stops loose bags and lids from blowing across the lot, and it gives the service area a defined edge so it doesn’t creep into parking spaces.
We size each one to the actual containers and the space the hauler needs, then build gates wide enough for the truck to pick up without anyone moving panels. Because these enclosures take hits every week, we put most of the strength into the gate and corner posts.

Who we build enclosures for
Corridor businesses. Restaurants, shops, and offices along I-45, Loop 336, SH 105, and FM 1314, where the back of the building is often visible from a side street or neighboring lot.
Community amenity centers. Master-planned communities like Grand Central Park, Artavia, and Evergreen have clubhouses, pools, and amenity complexes that need a tidy service area the HOA will approve.
New construction. Retail pads, townhomes, and apartments going up around Conroe, where the enclosure is often part of the site plan.
Churches and schools. Sites where the bins should be out of sight but easy to reach.
Soil across the area runs from clay to sand, and enclosure posts take repeated contact, so gate and corner posts go in with bigger, deeper footings than an ordinary fence post. We also request Texas 811 locates first, because commercial lots often have more buried lines than a backyard.

Questions
Dumpster enclosure questions
Does my Conroe business need a dumpster enclosure?
Often, but not always. It depends on whether the site is inside Conroe city limits, what the approved site plan says, and any property-owner or landlord rules. We confirm the requirements for your address before we design anything.
How wide should the gates be?
Wide enough for your hauler’s truck to reach the container without hitting a post. That depends on the container size and the truck, so we check with you or the hauler before we set the gate posts.
Can the enclosure match our building?
In most cases, yes. We can match an existing wood or vinyl fence, or pick a color and panel style that suits the building.
Can you repair a damaged enclosure?
Yes. Bent gate frames, broken drop rods, and posts knocked loose by containers are common repairs. Where an enclosure keeps getting hit, we can upgrade the posts or add steel bollards to protect them.
